Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase, and before completing more than 20% of the course content, are eligible for a full refund. Requests made after this window are not eligible for a refund.
Seat cancellations made at least 5 days before the batch start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this window may be adjusted against a future batch, at IIBT's discretion.
Refund terms for B2B engagements are governed by the specific agreement signed with the organization.

Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
