Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase, and before completing more than 20% of the course content, are eligible for a full refund. Requests made after this window are not eligible for a refund.
Seat cancellations made at least 5 days before the batch start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this window may be adjusted against a future batch, at IIBT's discretion.
Refund terms for B2B engagements are governed by the specific agreement signed with the organization.
