IIBT courses are delivered digitally and/or as in-person classroom training — there is no physical product shipment involved. This page explains how access to your course, and any exchanges between courses, work.
Once your payment is successfully verified, access to your enrolled video course is granted instantly on your IIBT student dashboard. There is no shipping or delivery wait time — you can begin learning immediately after enrollment.
Certificates of completion are generated automatically and made available for download/print directly from your student dashboard once you complete all required lessons in a course. No physical copy is shipped by default; if you require a physical/printed certificate, please contact us to discuss availability and any applicable charges.
For offline (in-person) batches, "delivery" refers to your confirmed seat in a classroom batch at our Hyderabad training location, communicated to you via email/WhatsApp/phone after enrollment and seat confirmation. Batch schedules, timing, and venue details are shared ahead of the batch start date.
If you wish to switch from one course to another (for example, upgrading to a different specialization or moving from an online to an offline batch), please contact us within 7 days of enrollment. Exchanges are subject to seat/course availability and may involve an adjustment in fees where the course prices differ. Approved exchanges are actioned by an IIBT admissions team member — no shipment or physical return is required.
